1. Yom Tov and holiday flowers are not included in the standing order contract. Any additional orders need to be notified by the client at least 1 week in advance. We may contact you prior to the holidays to check if you’d like additional flowers.
2. We reserve the right to cancel standing orders at any time.
3. All vases provided for clients using our standing order service remain the property of Tudor Green Florists
4. Any damages to vases provided for standing order clients will be charged for accordingly
5. Any complaints must be made within 24 hours, with photo evidence by email
6. Any missed payments will result in the automatic pause of the standing order
7. There will be no flower delivery on the days the Company is closed (in summer holidays in August, Chol Hamoed Succos and Chol Hamoed Pesach)
8. Local delivery to NW11, NW4, NW3, NW2, N2, N16, N15 and E5 included within the weekly charge.
9.First Week Free offer only valid on weekly subscriptions. All other frequencies receive 20% off the first delivery.
10. We cannot guarantee delivery time slot on your chosen delivery day. If you have specific requests please let us know
11. If you will be away, please let us know where we can redirect your flowers for that delivery. Regretfully, we cannot cancel orders on a week by week / order by order basis.
12. If you change your address please let us know in writing either by email or WhatsApp and the date you would like to new delivery address to go into effect.
13. If you change your payment details please let us know in writing either by email or WhatsApp and the date you would like the new payment details to go into effect.
