Delivery Information

In the unfortunate event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Tudor Green Florists please follow the complaints procedure below. 

1. Send us photo evidence of the damage, or unsatisfactory flowers along with a brief description of the problem.
2. Complaints and photo evidence must be received together, within 24 hours. Over a Yom Tov or holiday, complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of the Yom Tov or holiday ending.
3. Complaints are acceptable by email only to info@tudorgreenflorists.co.uk
4. Complaints that we approve will be compensated with store credit only, to the value we see fit and is determined on a case by case basis 
5. Store credit cannot be exchanged, passed on or used beyond 6 months. 
6. Hydrangeas are not included in the store credit scheme and will be evaluated on a case by case basis
